Re: Medication
Joel, I am interested in any responses you get to your question. I am a pwp, with a mild to moderate tremor as my only symptom. Some days my arm shakes quite a bit and makes the muscles in my forearm and hand ache. I take benadryl and ibuprofen in late afternoon and evening with pretty good relief, but it is progressing steadily, and my neuro has prescribed artane for me, I have not filled the prescript yet, but I guess the day is coming when I will try it. As you know it is a very old drug, and is used for pwp'w with tremor as their only symptom. Anything you know or learn about it's use, I would be interested in hearing. I have been taking benadryl for almost a year now and it causes dry mouth, but that side effect has faded away for the most part, Lanier Maddux 64/3 Chattanooga Tn. -----Original Message----- From: Joel Eschmann <joelwi@xxxxxxxxxx> To: PARKINSN@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <PARKINSN@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tuesday, June 29, 1999 9:12 AM Subject: Medication >Is anyone taking Artane.
