Your statement above is a bit brief.
If I hit my thumb with a hammer (physical thing),
I will have a reaction-- like anger (pain) or learning(won't do that again)
((mental thing)).
PD is a physical thing--but is inseperable from how it affects daily life, which
has many aspects. Gotta have the mental/spiritual guts to cope--many fine
examples on this list, (no matter what religion).
It is hard to express some of this without more background and won't bother now.
I apologize for any confusion.
