Hi Calm down........ Mini strokes are not a part of PD. Don't know a thing about lupus. My mother has had "mini strokes".........TIA's they are sometimes called.......for several years. Usually blood pressure meds are adjusted or changed. Can be forewarning of a larger stroke..........but Mother has had many TIA's and never the "big one". Rita
