The FIRST thing you need to do is to get rid of that doctor! Nausea is not the "nature" of Sinemet. And, YES, you can cut the pill in half. Let this be a lesson - ALWAYS get a second (or even third) opinion. There are far too many so-called doctors out there who don't take the time to listen to their patient's concerns and problems. If you don't feel that your physician is attentive enough; SAY so. If that doesn't work, don't be afraid to get up and walk out! The day of Doctor-Is-God has passed. Jim
