You might suggest to your friend that tipping the head down a bit - chin relaxed and angled towards the chest rather pointed towards the horizon - can make a significant and beneficial difference for the lotsa PWPs with swallowing problems (especially a help when trying to get one of those huge vitamins to go down!)
