I just got off the telephone with the local post office

The Global Priority rate (4 days for delivery)  is $8.00 ;
the first-class  rate (7-10 days delivery) is $5.30 US.

So the videotape- assuming someone can convert it to the
non-VHS formata-  is $19.00 Global Priority, or $16.30 first-class.
