Re: Nasal spray for levodopa
Sounds like an interesting twist on an old problem. Do you use pure levodopa (as you imply), and if so how do you obtain it, or do you crush Sinemet? Do you take any precautions to prevent the solution from oxidizing? What is the delay time (and variability) between spraying and obtaining a response vs the delay you experience when taking l-dopa orally? Roger Buxton
