Ron,

I can highly recommend neurosurgery for Parkinson's.  My pallidotomy and DBS
were done by Drs. Andres M. Lozano and Ronald R. Tasker (Phone
1-416-603-6200) a The Toronto Western Hospital.  They are the best in North
America.
