Dear Don,
      I would like you to know that Don is the name of my oldest son.
I understand how you feel Don, I have people tell me what to do or not to
do. I just say yes ma'am and yes sir and when they are not looking I do as I
please. They do it because they love us, and do not understand that we know
our limits and that we should push them. I have started to run my husband
was not for that. But I am up to, well let me put it this way I ran 3 3/4 of
a miles today and then went to yoga for one and a half hours. I have to up
my meds but that is ok. You know your own limits, so do what you want I say.
