Re: Reply Only if Blood Needed

Murray, m'dear.... Sorry, but I wasn't acting from 'brilliance" OR
from 'tenacity." I was operating from sheer FRUSTRATION 'cause I
wanted to help Bob and Dawana and that was all I could think of
doing.

AND _ I _ got turned down today as a blood donor 'cause I have an
"unknown antibody" (whatever that all means) in my type B blood.
I had surgery last May, and was found to have a BIG clotting
problem 'caused by the great amount of vitamin E (with my MD's
ok).

(Psst) <whispering> Keep thinking of me as brilliant, tho, 'cause
I like the idea! <grin>

Barb,
Only you would have the brilliant foresight to think of this and
the tenacity
to follow it up, meds working or not working........Thank you!

Here in Canada, they didn't want my blood when I was in the Tasmar
trials.
Anyone, wishing to donate, needs to have a list of the meds they
take to
present to the blood agency. My blood is Type A.
