Hi  Barb,
This is a tip on what not to do.  While on our morning 2 mile walk my wife
saw a single goose flying south.  She thought that was unusual and told me to
look up and see it flying all by itself.  I looked up while walking and my
balance went to zero.  After picking myself up a knew that was something not
to try again.  While walking look at the ground or straight ahead.
