Lenny,

The only side affect I have had so far was mostly in the beginning   .Atfirst
I had nausea all the time, now only once in a while.  Then the dizziness when
you get up, that was only in the first couple of weeks.  The worst was the
insomnia.  I would only sleep about one or two hours at a time, then have to
get up (I wanted to clean house or something! haven't felt like that since I
was preggers!).  I'm still having some insomnia but heck I wouldn't sleep
again if I could always feel this good.  Since you have been taking it so
long, what long term effects have you seen?  I really hope this works more
than a short time; have you had good luck?  How much do you take?  I have
only been taking it for four months and only up to a dose of 2.25mg per day,
can't wait for more.  When do you take yours?  I'm thinking of spreading mine
out differently so I don't take them so close to bedtime so maybe I could
sleep better.
