What I dont understand is - where is Ivan"s testimony?

It was requested by Senator Snowe,
apparently with the knowledge and consent
of Sen. Arlen  Spector's office -
at least according to Sen.Snowe's office.
Also according to them, this testimony
was to be included in the packet
handed to each senator at the hearing.

Does anyone know for a  fact if this was the case?

And if there was a slip up, and it was not included,
all the more reason for PAN to distribute it now
so that list members can forward it
to their senators and members of congress.

If you read it you would have to agree
it is a msterful document, a powewrful testimony of
 the struggle of the "little man"
trying to live his life despite the burden of PD.
