You do need to give it a few days. I got better after a day or 2 both on and off meds. Do you still have dyskinesia? Did he suggest that you back off your meds?. My mobility is usually improved both before and after I take meds but it is better after. The fatigue is something I have experienced after each of my adjustments and it decreases. Good luck.
