Catechol O'methyl Transferase - or COMT - is ALSO inside
the brain, as far as I know.

SO that is why I am taking tolcapone (Tasmar)-
since I want both sides of the "blood-brain barrier"
to be cleared of COMT.

My question is: is entacapone as effective, less effective, or
more effective than tolcapone?!!
