Dawn, I think that any vet PWP (person with Parkinson's) or neurologist/movement disorder specialist will tell you that stress of any kind--ie, physical or emtional/mental--tends to temporarily block the effectiveness of our meds--and that definitely.Would include a respiratory infection or congestion. So, I expect that you'll soon be back to "normal" re the effectiveness of your meds. If not, then you need to see your neurologist. Good luck. Marty Polonsky
