Hi,

A quick reminder about PDNEWS for those who have recently joined the list....

PDNEWS is an announcement list for those important things that happen
in the Parkinson's world - we try to keep the number of mails low,
and the quality up. PDNEWS aimed at people who want to keep in touch
with the Parkinson's community but can't afford the time to read
PARKINSN and other lists.

You can see a full list of all the Parkinson's mailing lists at

lists in different languages as well as PDUK, for Parkinson's in the
UK.

    PDNEWS is an announcement list for people with Parkinson's, their
    families and caregivers, health care professionals, and other people with
    an interest in Parkinson's Disease matters.

    Traffic is low, typically one or two articles a week, with
articles covering
    new resources and events, as well as articles of particular interest from
    other Parkinson's related mailing lists.

    PDNEWS is for people who want to remain informed of developments in the
    Parkinson's Disease world, without having to participate in the main
    (high-volume) PARKINSN list.

    Members of the PARKINSN list will find that the lower volume and high
    quaility of PDNEWS articles makes PDNEWS a convenient way of staying
    informed.
