I have been taking this drug for 66 months.  I found no serious side
effects.  It will reduce the amount of ldopa [Sinemet or Atamet] which
would be otherwise needed.

Edith is about to start COMTRAN (in addition to Atamet 25/100  5 times
daily), for worstening tremor.

Has anyone tried this drug? Anything to watch out for?  Any helpful advice?
