Debra - Welcome. My wife has a very narrow window between too much and too little Sinemet. For the last 3-5? months she has been taking a Liquid mixture of sinemet and Vit. C and water in addition to her reg. meds. (I think some PD's use orange juice.) This helps smooth out her response - it's not perfect, but better. It might help since you take many more small doses.
