Friends,

I still am looking forward  to trying to make MAINE the first state to get
100% of our congressional delegation as co-sponsors.  We are phoning  Rep.
Longley and Sen. Snowe daily, and pushing for them to join Rep. Baldacci and
Sen. Cohen.

Jim Cordy in pennsylvania is doing an incredible job--he sent me all I need
to develop a local strategy in Maine.  Thank you, Jim, and Dyann , Joan and
the PAN staff!
