Doug, I also suffer mostly from my hips to my toes. Freezing, stiffness, cramps and toe spasms. When I went to liquid Sinimet in November it helped smooth the on/off curve so the deep offs where not so deep and the episodes didnt last as long. Its beginnig to wear thi nnowbutIstillcontinue.Forme,Itrytopush myself when I feel the internal tingling which signals to me that an episode is only minutes away. When I cant go anymore, I sit and wait it out. Hopefully, its only about 15/30 minutes. That's my PD life and it sucks. Joyce joyce44@xxxxxxx
