Thanks to Ruth Evans for finding a list of e-mail addresses for Congress.

When I cut and pasted the address to the browser, however, it did not work,
and it took me several minutes to find the little changes that would make it
work.  Ruth, you had the right idea, but you also had a typo.

This was cut and pasted from the page, so presumably it will work for all
without further searching:
