Re: Using a computer with PD

I use a voice recognition program called DragonDictate.  It allows
for both dictation and cursor movement.  It costs about $400 and
requires a 486 PC or better and 16 K of RAM.  The reviews say 30--40
words per minute are possible.  I regularly average only a little
over ten but that is considerably faster than I can now type.

I plan to visit the company and determine if there is something basic
that I am going incorrectly that keeps my words per minute down.
