A  Just returned from Montana a week ago. A friend gave us the Sunday insert
to the Billings paper, Re: Dr. John moseley and the new program at the
Hospital, for Surgery. Perhaps calling them would help you solve these
problems. Having the Neurosurgery unit inplace rather implies the other
diagnostic staff is available.
