    Listen!
    Cardinal, mocking bird, wren
    Heavenly chorus.

    This moment
    Parkie Sinemet-resistant bradykinesia,
    (Phil says- "at my pace glaciers whiz by")
    Contemplative being
    Complete contentment (surprise!)

    This moment
    Micro-moving and yet according to
    Avila's patron saint "all is well".

    This moment
    Incredibly blessed!
