In case you missed my posting yesterday, I suggested trying Barnes and
Noble.  If they don't have it, they should be able to tell you where to
get it.  I have no idea, however, where you can get it in Israel.  I'll
tell you what - let me make a few phone calls today and I'll see what I
can do.  I'll get back to you later.

P.S. I did the workout with the tape before going to bed last night and
followed it with a relaxing whirlpool bath and slept like a baby (well,
almost).
