Dear List:  After two weeks of work with Congressman Herbert
Bateman's staff, I have just secured Bateman's support for the Udall
bill.  Bateman is a Republican from Virginia and a good man to have
aboard.  Now, we need to work on Bliley in Richmond.  All we need to
do is to keep pedalling even though our bikes lack some spokes and
