Ivan - I had a successful right pallidotomy in Sweden by Lauri Laitinen, MD,
PhD, in May l993.  You will find my reports on this in the listserv archives.
 John Cottingham in fact printed this out several weeks ago.

Next week I will be going back to Sweden where Dr. Laitinen will perform a
left pallidotomy.  I will type up a report when we get home.
