I don't know where John lives in Northern California but if he's in the South
Bay, you might contact the Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale, which is a
clinic as well as a research facility.
Their phone number is 408- 734- 2800.
You might also talk to the American Parkinson Disease Assoc. Information and
Referral Center at Seton Medical Center in South San Francisco, if that's
closer to him.  Their phone number is 415-991-6687.
