Yes, Amantadine does cause "red blotching" on your legs. Most noticeable
spots  for my "mini-varicose" are the ankles and insides of thighs just
above the knees.
Other side effects for me include dry eyes, nose & mouth, and a
"Parkies" favorite-constipation!
