Dear NB: You say that your mother's PD meds cost about $4000/year and you asked if anyone can suggest an add-on plan to help cope with that $. Have you tried contacting the AARP (American Association of Retired Persons), based in Washington DC? Perhaps your mother may be eligible for one of their Medicare-Supplement Plans, some of which include a $1250-per-year drug-benefit.
