VERSE: Falling
It's sudden, unexpected, yet familiar, this awful feeling that I get when I know That I am falling and will doubtless hit my head. I sometimes don't remember what precipates the fall and not remembering the impact is the best part of it all. But oh, that everlasting time between the start and end, when all that I've time to do is prepare and call a friend!
