NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO TO FEATURE STORY ON PARKINSON'S ADVOCACY MAY RUN ON
SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 1997 OR SUNDAY, JANUARY 12, 1997

On either Saturday, JANUARY 11, 1997 or Sunday, JANUARY 12, 1997, National
Public Radios weekend news show, "Weekend All Things Considered," plans to
feature a story on Parkinsons advocacy.

As of Friday afternoon, JANUARY 10th, National Public Radio had not decided
whether it will air the feature on Saturday or Sunday. There is some chance
that unexpected, major breaking news could displace the story, in which case
it would run the following weekend.

The feature is estimated to run approximately one-half hour, and is
tentatively scheduled for a time slot between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. EST.

National Public Radio (NPR) is broadcast through affiliate stations across
the country. They can be found on the FM dial, usually at the left-hand end
of the spectrum (in the 80's or 90's). The exact timing of the broadcast
will vary from one geographic area to another. Consult local listings.
