i also had leg cramps.  At my doctors suggestion  i have a banana at dinner
time and as i go to bed i take a 50-200 controled release sinamet and I
 frequently sleep in a lazy boy chair with by feet up.  One or a combination
of these steps solved the problem.  no leg cramps in over six months... must
have scared them away from my legs  because now my hands cramp. Awa well we
can not have every thing we want.   Waiting to hear from my friend.
