Lautenberg containing a promise to follow up with a letter which I have yet to receive. When you call the 800 number, the operator answers "Capitol", then switches you directly to your Congressperson. It's quite a thrill the first time you do it. But for those who feel more comfortable with e-mail, there's a complete list of addresses at the University of Michigan Library. Access is provided through the Documents Center's web site: and the ULIBRARY Gopher's web interface: . umich.edu:70/00/socsci/poliscilaw/uslegi/conemail If you show your home mailing address clearly at the top of your message it will identify you as one of their constituents.
