Marvin,

Good for you, and don't apologize.  You have every right to your self-pity.  We
all need to express our true feelings.  And this is a great place to do it
because we all feel the same way.

I look at my young son and think sometimes, what am I doing to him?  What does
he have to look forward to, besides years of caring for me?

I remember when I was active in several sports, and know that I will never be
able to do that again.  It HURTS.

I guess this is my self-pity for now.

But, ever on.  I now know 3 people in my rural area who also have PD and we may
yet be able to get a support group going.

Go for it Marvin.

and Don't forget how to laugh.
