Jacob - If the doctor said the treatment would be considered experimental and
then went on to mention the cost, I'm guessing he meant it wouldn't be
covered by insurance.
If he had meant to say you would likely end up with some mental or physical
deficits as a result of the surgery, I think he would have said that. But do
ask him what he meant before agreeing to anything! Margie Swindler
