Hi Kansans, et al,

The Governor's staff faxed me the requirements for a Proclamation.  I plan to
use Ivan's sampler and fax an official request Monday morning.

Sometimes, they will have a ceremony.  Are there any Topekans or nearby
members who would like to represent Kansans at a ceremony?  If so, please
notify me preferably over this weekend, and I will see whether this can be
arranged.  Thanks.
