We have been informed by Governor Pataki's local office here in
Rochester that he will proclaim April as Parkinson's Awareness month. So
far, we have not seen anything in the media. Has anyone else in New York
State seen or heard anything? As stated in previous postings our Monroe
County Executive and City of Rochester Mayor have already made
proclamations for the whole month of April and April 11. Also, our
Congresswoman Louise Slaughter has declared that she will co-sponsor the
Udall bill.
