NO MATTER WHAT AGE WE ARE , OLD IS ALWAYS  AN AGE OLDER THAN WE ARE.
MY MIND STAYS YOUNG, BUT MY BODY GETS OLDER. I MUST STOP AND ASK,
" BODY, CAN YOU REALLY DO THE THING THE MIND IS TELLING YOU TO DO, THE
MIND THINKS WE'RE STILL 20 YRS. OLD"

IF THE POWER OF THE MIND WAS AS STRONG AS SOME BELIEVE, WE WOULD
ALL BE DANCING. ( some lightness to mix with all this heavy stuff)
