The pin is for everyday wear, or for giving to someone as a small token of
gratitude.

How about a "one-size-fits-all" white t-shirt, with an appropriate motif?
With appropriate media "photo-opportunities", of course. Any takers for
modelling?

I have attached some rough ideas, with one especially for our American
friends. :-)

Jackie, I'm sure your father sits for a minute or so before trying to stand
up. That helps. Also I'm sure your MD has done complete blood work to rule
out anemia and EEGs (brain wave tests) to rule out any petit mal seizure
activity, or other neuro studies like CAT or MRI test to rule out other brain
disorders. My parkie has the opposite problem with high blood pressure.
Best of luck with your dad. IYQ
