It helps me, and I am not (far as I know) a PWP.  There is almost always
something to be happy about, as long as you are breathing, and above the
earth, or whatever planet one calls home, and I hear tell that there is more
to be happy about afterwards, but I'd rather wait a few decades to find out,
if given the choice!  STAY HAPPY!
