Fortunately I have found that 8 ounces of " Prune Juice with Pulp" at bedtime will usually eliminate the elimination problem for me. You can buy it at any grocery store. I have found it to work best if taken on an empty stomach. Eating that big bowl of popcorn (my favorite evening snack) before the juice does not work.
