Accessing NY Daily News Archives

With reference to Debbie White's inability to access NYDN Archives: I
regularly bump into this problem and it is usually soluble by first
accessing just the main part of the address, i.e.,
     which usually takes you to the Home Page and
then use the provided links to ultimately get where you want to go...

I did this in this case and then used the provided "Search" feature to find
the word "quiver" and... Voila... success...
