Yes, the ND says 'everything' slows down. Mel's answer is to eat fiber one every morning. We top the bowl with 'bannana nut cruch' and it is very good. A bannana on top of that doesn't hurt. At night he takes 1 or 2 stool softeners which the ND would rather he didn't do, or eat some prunes with bkf. Mary CG for MEl 75/11
