questions 4-6 & a comment to Ken B

4. Why do you stay on the Parkinsn List?

stubborn, I guess

5. What are the three most important things you get from the
        Parkinsn List?

typing exercise, learning new spellings of words, memory checks
(counting how many times some messages are repeated and quoted in toto)

6. What else are you getting out of belonging to the Parkinsn List?

the listserv is impartial to all. that computer software has never
rejected one of my messages nor made a correction of my typos. it is
impartial and fair to all - come to think about it, we should replace
some governing political establishments with one of these things!

The list has never asked me to get off. It has not sent a bill - or
levied a tax. IY KIT A LOT

note on another subject:

Ken Becker, (and all)
please be aware that the patch medication is not levodopa; it is a
dopamine agonist. It reduces the amount of levodopa needed; and, some
can get by without any levodopa medication.
