Heather, it's called 'drooling' and yes it is a symptom of parkinson. Recently at church a friend bent down to kiss Mel in his wheelchair. She related to me that Mel must be ill-he was wet with sweat. I told her that he drooled some. She is a widow and remarked 'it's been a long time since someone drooled over me" :-) Mary CG for Mel 76/11
