Re: Ambien
Charles, I am now on Ambien. However, I do not take it for the PD itself. I take it to get a good nights sleep. I have not found it to have any effects on the PD yet, but I do sleep well with it. No more up every hour or so, or at 2-3 am for hours before finally lying back down to be late every where. The only side effect my MD is worried about is that for some people Ambien can stop the dream process. He says that if we do not dream we can get even more depressed and is always asking me if I can remember dreaming. don't forget how to laugh Marling shcrc@xxxxxxxxxxxx (work) or marling_ann@xxxxxxxxxxx
