Re: help, uncontrollable off time
Brian, I for one would be interested in your computer dosage schedule. I am CG for Mel 76/11 and the last 6 mos. he has not done well-off/ones very unpredictable. We're waiting along with his neuro for the new meds. He takes Sinemet 50/200 CR every 4 hrs during the day (X4) with Permex .25 each time and and an extra 1/2 of the permex with 1st and 3rd doses. With the 3rd dose he also takes a Sinemet 25/100 CR. Elderpryl at 8 am and 12noon and Vit E and C as antioxidants. He's not had a change in meds for 3-6months. Thanks for any info. MaryUCPR@xxxxxxx
