I'm in the process of setting up appointments to see the St. Louis reps, but I'll try to include Karen McCarthy on my list. Perhhaps a group of us can visit her together. We have found the reps to be unresponsive to all but their own constituents. However, since I'm a support group leader, members of our group come from different areas, and I point out this fact when I speak with them. Pat
